About Me

I have lived in Cornwall for over 32 years now. After growing up in Somerset, I fell in love with surfing and travelled the world before settling in this beautiful land of Cornwall. I'm now the ripe old age of 51, and over the years I've competed in the world of Triathlon,  Ironman and tennis. Being involved in these has definitely shown me how a good Sports Massage can prevent a small muscle ache becoming a big problem. It's so Important to treat an injury before it becomes a long term problem!

I have lived in Perranporth with my partner, Emma and our 3 children for over 12 years. I have my own personal gym at our house where I can train clients if privacy is preferred. If not, we're spoilt for choices of places to train, as we live right next to the beach and coast path. I qualified for my Personal Training Level 3 at Cornwall College, where I also qualified as a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist.
